GAVC provides low cost spay neuter and affordable surgery and dentals. They promote spay neuter by offering a heavy discount to those with pets who are spayed or neutered. Not only do they provide a wonderful service to individual owners but they offer their assistance to Friends of Todd as well as many other rescues.
